SHIPPING POLICY
FREE UK delivery will applied to all orders over £35. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £35 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery. We aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order

We use different methods for shipping including Royal mail (standard first class service) or via a courier service.

Our Standard postage charge is £3.85 for orders under £35. We offer free mainland UK postage on all orders over £35
​
Prices quoted are for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may incur an additional postage cost to the customer. We will contact you if there will be an extra cost on your order.

Wholesale or high value orders will be sent with Tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your orders urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Please note that during peak periods (ie in the run up to Christmas) dispatch may be delayed, however your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Promotional codes
Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you'll be delighted with your candles, wax melts & soaps when they arrive.

We take every care to ensure you order is protected during transit, however on very rare occasions damage may occur. Please check your items and inform us of any issues by emailing info@croft.com

We happy to replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.

​You are welcome to exchange your product for another similar product which is of the same value within 28 days of purchase.
​
Please be aware you are responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items, we also recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Due to the nature of our products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.
