We take every care to ensure you order is protected during transit, however on very rare occasions damage may occur. Please check your items and inform us of any issues by emailing info@croftcandlesandsoaps.com
We happy to replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another similar product which is of the same value within 28 days of purchase.
Please be aware you are responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items, we also recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Due to the nature of our products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.
